SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! this is the most unprofessional place you could ever waste your money on. The elevators were out 2+ weeks, they only had 1 housekeeper working consistently & they absolutely drug her around, over worked her, underpaid her. The owners are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The pool is shut down, when there actually IS breakfast, it's nothing but packaged donuts & maybe once a week an actual cooked breakfast. But most importantly & most shocking, is the unprofessionalism & disrespect the owners treat their customers with. Please, if you have the option, save your money!!! There are several places to get your money's worth AND be treated as a guest should be treated!!!
As others gave said the pool is not open. My room was on 3rd or 4th floor, heat was completely off and room was freezing. Doors slamming all night, people walking up and down hallway talking loudly on phone.
Very friendly and accommodating. Staff was great! Heated pool was amazing. Will return on future business trips.
