SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE I would give zero stars if that were an option. I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, and since I usually only arrived at night to sleep, I did not pay much attention to the reviews. This time, I booked a non-refundable stay through Booking.com and was told that while the reservation could not be canceled, the dates could be modified. Four days before my trip to Georgia, I learned there was a winter storm along my route. As soon as I became aware of this, I submitted a request to modify my stay dates. I was not asking for a refund and was willing to pay any difference. Booking.com submitted the request on my behalf, but the hotel did not respond for four days. Great service, cleaning. Mostly quiet non drama place. No crime, little to no questionable behavior evident. Used to have homeless or crack heads hanging out in stairwells using outlets to charge phones but no more. Definitely improved. I stay here frequently for work, it’s good no worries

Nice room. Very clean and fresh towels every day. Attentive staff and free parking. Small coffee cups..why?

I truly enjoyed everything about this hotel with the exception of that overbearing manager who tried to force me to switch out hotel room just because I had been in the same room for a week. I had a two weeks reservation, and I have NEVER EVER in my life heard of such a thing. Let the guests stay in peace and enjoy the hotel as long as we're being respectful of the property and other guests. Other than that I'd definitely give this hotel 5-stars.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was nice, and the hotel is clean and well managed. Minus 1 star only because this hotel suffers from the same problem as most major hotel rooms; lack of electrical outlets. I had to choose between using my air purifier or charging my phone due to only one working outlet in the room.
