Avoid Premier Inns Metro Center like the plague. Checked in and was immediately greeted by a roach scrambling across the "clean" bedspread. The bathroom was a biohazard - roaches everywhere, hair clogging the shower drain, and a stench that made me gag. When I flipped on the light, a family of bed bugs relocated from the mattress to my luggage. I showed their "manager" the nightmare bathroom. His response? Accused ME of bringing the roaches 🤯. I didn't bring the roach party, pal - I crashed it. But wait, it gets better. Their "security policy" treats you like a criminal - no guests allowed without showing ID at the front office. And don't think the tiny and pathetic little man manager won't barge into your room (because, no, the doors don't lock properly) if you don't comply. I mean, w

We booked this hotel through Agoda without paying close attention to the reviews. When we arrived around 9 pm, there was no one at reception and we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes. During that time, we noticed the area did not feel safe, with several homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence nearby. After checking Google reviews, we decided not to stay and booked another hotel. Tip: before booking through Agoda, make sure to check the hotel’s reviews on Google and other platforms as well.

Positive: They had avalibility Negative: Absolutly!!! Every room ive stayed in has black mold & plaster issues in bathroom extreamly bad and floors were missing broken fake wood floors,the carpet rooms are the worst ,u instantly can taste the black mold it was so thick from tub overflow damage

Our flight came in late and we were so tired and we're told nothing they could do about it. The second day I was just making conversation with the guy down I'm the court yard. He had 2 dogs and I ask him what was on his dogs back and he replied a pattern and I ask what kind of pattern. At that point he lost it and yelled at me. You and your blind husband need to leave. He wouldn't give me a reason. We hadn't done anything to deserve the horrible treatment. I tried to get a refund for the last night but no one would come to the desk. I called the police because I felt threatened and wanted a credit for the remainde

Zelle that worked at the front desk has amazing customer service and was very helpful. Compared to the two young ladies I talked to earlier that day or like whatever I have no kind of customer service I had asked for a downstairs handicap room for my husband they told me to come back at four when I got there Zelle was working in the front desk meet our Accommodations and found a handicap room downstairs. He is a very helpful and kind man is the best one in the staff working in the front desk he deserves acknowledgment. Thank you
