Plaza Verde RV & Mobile Home Park

Current tenant here. Its monthly plus electric with basic water, sewage, trash included. The landscape is all rough rocks, very damaging to your car tires. There are no amenities. I have to visit a laundromat elsewhere. Water is out every other week, forcing me to visit a gym for showers. If I had a choice, I wouldn't be here.

So far no complaints looks like good techs working and manager nice lady only my second month here. Lot of food around also quiet

Very basic but nice RV/Mobile Home park in the city. The location is very convenient to the Phoenix area and the surrounding communities.

Great place, close to downtown phx, and airport.....also, very quite atmosphere in evenings.

This park was home to us for 3 months! Very nice place, very well kept, with overnight security walking the camp ground which was amazing! We were a bit worried due to the reputation the location itself, however it was wonderful we never worried about a thing. The staff was all nice and helpful at all times making moving in and out easy. Will always recommend this place for short term or long term.
