Location, location, location. Property is nestled right on the water with spectacular views and good vibes. All the staff are helpful, passionate and make it a priority for each guest to feel fulfilled and refreshed. Front desk, housekeepers are all great. Bathrooms remodeled, no bugs or issues with cleanest. When you visit this area you’re not supposed to be in the room anyway . Get out and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views.

This hotel is one of the most exceptional hotels in the Tidewater Virginia area! Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great location offering a view of the magnificent ocean. I was able to enjoy my weekend the way I wanted. Last but not least the prices are OUTSTANDING!! You're not going to find any other hotel by the ocean that's this affordable and able to enjoy your stay quite like this one. This will definitely be my "go-to" whenever I'm in the area!!

The room smelled like an ashtray and was equally dirty. The room was filthy, paint peeling from the wall. The bathroom appeared as though it had not been properly scrubbed in a long time. Cigarette burns were present on almost everything. The refrigerator was as cool as the outside. The faucet water pressure was nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I’m currently living here after moving from Texas for work, and the experience has been amazing. I especially want to thank the housekeeping staff for always going above and beyond. My housekeeper makes sure my room is spotless every time, and I’ve never had any issues with her being in my room while I’m away. She consistently checks in to see if I need anything, always respects my privacy, and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The entire housekeeping team truly makes my stay so much easier and more enjoyable than I ever expected from a hotel. I really appreciate everything they do!
