Moxy Phoenix Downtown

The Moxy Phoenix Downtown is centrally located and within walking distance to great shops and dining. The Moxy is a stylish hotel with modern convinces! |My room was comfortable and cozy! The motion activated LED guidelights below the beds are terrific. There is even extra luggage storage under the beds and peg walls for all my gear! My room had a desk for working which was extremely helpful.|I love to exercise, and I enjoyed working out at the fitness center. The fitness center includes free weights as well as state of the art equipment.|The Moxy Bar does have great appetizers and amazing drinks! There is a grab and go menu which includes ice cream and other sweet treats. The perfect place to stay in Phoenix!

We had never heard of Moxy Hotels but we were very pleased with our experience. It was excellent. It had a vibe which I used to ascribe to W Hotels. The ground floor bar area was funky and loud but very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Check in was seamless. Had a really cute and unique room. Fantastic location! We were able to get out and walk around. They gave us a token for a free drink and my guest and I both thought it tasted like rubbing alcohol. The bed covers were also a bit thin. Overall would stay here again and maybe try a different drink.

Stayed here on a hotel voucher due to delayed flight out of PHX airport. The very short night was the alternative to sleeping on the airport floor. Checked in at 10pm, checked out 3:30am. The room decor is modern and chic. I liked the layout of this handicapable room design. There were two queen size beds with ample pillows and a thin blanket. Recommend bringing earplugs as the street noise does not stop and can definitely interrupt your sleep. Train noise and what seemed to be some street racing noises throughout the night. The view from the 9th floor was pretty spectacular. Overall the room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Check-in was very quick despite the voucher redemption.

The noise level from the nearby Metro was extreme and when asked to move rooms they said they were all like that. Requested to checkout early and be refunded but they said that since I paid in-full in advance they could not refund my early checkout request. The front desk staff were not presentable/professional. As a loyal Bonvoy Titanium member I didn’t feel valued for my loyalty. Would not recommend to anyone and will never stay here again. Also with noting the homeless camping out at the side entrance. Not worth the price of the stay. Update: Thanks to the owner’s encouragement, I reached out to the management team and received a refund on my adjusted stay. The management team shared that those refunds were not permitted at the staff level and I appreciated those limits. My checkout
