Motel 6 Sacramento, CA - Central

Our stay was from Wednesday thru Sunday at the College town drive location in Sacramento. Jackie is very attentive and always does her best to offer a room that meets our needs. Every stay there is always comfortable good parking and quiet guests. Office Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Easy access to freeway, Denny's nextdoor is clean great cooks. If they offered fresh coffee that definitely would be a added bonus. Thank you everyone at Motel 6

Positive: Mcdonalds Negative: Kicked me out at 11 and told me to re check in at 3 even though I had already paid for the room and stayed the night before. I cancelled and was told I would get a refund but I was given a partial refund instead. They Lied to my face and stole my money

Ruby is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such genuine kindness and a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my stay and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who truly loves their job and takes pride in helping people, but Ruby definitely does. She’s friendly, caring, and a true asset to Motel 6. I hope her hard work and positive attitude get the recognition she deserves!!!!

My wife and I often go to Sacramento for Medical treatments and we always stay here. The room is always clean, the price is great, the flat screen TV is great and it always has a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff is friendly and efficient.

We were kicked out, after paying for the room, because my husband is in a wheelchair! The lady told us that if her boss seen on the camera that she rented a room to someone with a wheelchair she would get in trouble. Nevermind that it was 42° that night she had no problem kicking us out, but she had a major problem renting to someone who is disabled!!
