Motel 6 Rock Hill, SC - Cherry Road

Very clean, washer/dryer, my puppy Layla gets to stay for small refundable deposit... So people that means our pets basically get to be with us for free. Barring any damage done. Courteous, caring staff and very knowledgeable. Safe, quiet. I highly recommended this Motel 6.

UPDATE : ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE BEEN LIVING AT THIS HOTEL FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND BECAUSE OF THE RECENT SNOW STORMS AND STUFF WE BOTH MISSED ALMOST A WHOLE WEEK OFF OUR CHECKS SO THE DAY BEFORE WE WAS GOING CHECKOUT I PAID FOR MY ROOM THAT EVENING AND THE SAME KEIRE WOMAN PUT A 20$ LATE FEE ON MY ACCOUNT (AFTER SHE SAID IT WAS OK FOR ME TO PAY FEW HOURS LATE) THEN GONE SAY IF ME AND MY HUSBAND BOTH DO A GOOGLE REVIEW AND TALK GOOD ABOUT HER SHE'LL WAVE THE LATE FEE TO SCREENSHOT IT AFTER WE DO IT & SHOW HER !!! * * * [ Below Is The Review She Wanted Me To Post And Screenshot 2 Show Her To Take The 20$ Late Fee Off My Account] When We 1st Checked In 3 Months Ago She Took My Deposit And Put It In Her Purse & Gave Me My Deposit Slip And Said "Don't worry , you'll still get your 50$ back " ***

This is undoubtedly the worst experience we have ever had when traveling. If I could give it a zero in all areas I would but I wanted to make sure that it registered accurately .We were assigned a room for a small pet but it honestly was so subpar we didn’t even feel we wanted our dog there let alone being able to sleep that night. Hallway to the room was being renovated but it looked more like demolished and should have been avoided. The room did not appear clean, the bedsheets were steamed and ripped. There was no remote, smoke alarm was broken, no towels/tissues, the curtains were falling off the rod, the lampshades were stained, crushed, and broken. The doors to the parking lot would not stay shut which is a safety issue. The lobby appeared dingy in the staff were unfriendly and apathe

My family and were traveling and booked two rooms. First, the hotel smells awful as soon as you come in. Second, one of the rooms we booked had molded tile and NO hot water. Then they moved us to another room and my 8yr old daughter found a crack pipe in the bathroom. Roaches and holes in the walls. Just over all terrible.

Good location. Great prices . Lady at front desk named Keire was super helpful , friendly , and did above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed !! She was great ! Overall we had a great experience and I highly recommend!
