Positive: Absolutely nothing it was a homeless shelter in a bad part of tow Negative: No top bed sheets. Told they were all stolen by the homeless. Very dirty and worse than a jail cell even the front clerk told me he wouldn’t charge me and to notify you for a refund. It took 2 hours to relocate

The cost for a one night stay was good in comparison to other motel rates, and the location was convenient to my purposes which was why I booked. The on duty reception clerk was friendly and kind both at check in and check out, but the room was pretty shabby. It was clean enough, but noticeably worn. The basic furniture was pretty banged up, and the room had seen many repairs, such as to the drywall etc. The few amenities were low level: two tiny wrapped soaps, a single hand towel and bath towel, wrapped paper cups. The mattress was in poor condition -- saggy in general, and VERY saggy on the side next to the nightstand. There was NO flat top sheet on the mattress between the fitted sheet and the blanket. A flat sheet had been made up OVER the fleece blanket, and I had to remake the bed w

Eur.\nOpe , I start , I just want to say that I was not expecting a five star hotel. However , I do expect functional , safe and clean. This one was probably the worst motel i've ever stayed at. There were broken needle caps, tons of stains of bodily fluids on the walls. The clerk at the counter had Horrible customer service when I asked him for towels. The sheets had burned holes and holes in the blanket. I got a room with 2 beds.One bed had one blanket , the other didn't. The worst part of the motel was the shower. It hadn't been cleaned in so long that it felt slimy standing in it.It was also was sinking. It felt as if I was going to fall through. I paid two twenty because I wanted to benefit from all of the ammenities of the motel wifi and the pool. Neither one of those things were tol

Worst experience ever, didn't get the room I reserved. I reserved and paid for a king size ADA room, I got a full size on the 3 Rd floor. Pool had dirt in the bottom and trash floating. The floors were held up with braces and elevator felt like it was going to breakdown at any moment. I wouldn't book this location for an enemy.

This place is disgusting! 🤮 10/10 do not recommend! The “non” smoking room smelled of cigarettes, the sheets were stained and had dirt all over the—- definitely not worth the $220 we spent. While the refunded us, only because I would have thrown a bigger fit in front of people I was told to do it “sooner” next after 20 mins he wasn’t supposed to refund the room. Im sorry I was in the room 2 mins when I turned around and marched my self downstairs to talk to the front desk person. He was on the phone with someone else who was in satisfied. While I didn’t not get pictures of the room or sheets I did get picture of the unsafe conditions. The second floor is being held up by scaffolding and there was a little cigarette just sitting on a random towel. The picture on the site don’t look anything
