Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ - Midtown

I called because my son rented a room. The TV didn't work. They said it has t worked in a few weeks. So I responded respectfully. Why did u rent the room out them if it didn't work? I also asked for a reduced price.. then I asked for a refund. The guy at the counter after I asked for a manger said oh. Well he is out of town and won't be in for a while then walked away. Wow. I'm not ok with this. This isn't how a motel shall be ran. Still renting out rooms knowing there are issues with it. For weeks. Seriously need to work on customer service and room expectations for customers. I grade this to the most negative way.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bugs, hair, blood, and other stains were on the bedsheets AND the torn up mattresses. No pillow or Mattress covers were present, beds messy, and they were both torn up, cigarette burns, crumbs, and even a mystery pair of pants were folded and hidden beneath the mattress. Sketchy activity going on outside all around, and front desk explained nothing but said as I checked in “if it’s not good enough, let me know and we will move you to another.” You signed nothing, no paperwork, nothing. Bathrooms were dirty. No towels. The non smoking room REEKED of marijuana and cigarettes. It’s a disgusting place and should not be taking anyone’s money to stay and rest. I’m sure it’s not even up to health code! Avoid! Zero stars.

The girl at the front desk was the only good thing about this place. I hope she realizes she’s better than working in a place like this. She was so sweet. |This motel is VERY unsafe. The door wouldn’t latch and seemed easy to just push open with force. There were tons of men smoking weed and drinking in the court yard. I walked in and walked right out. There was no way I’d sleep a wink in this place. I prayed my whole way to my car.

Positive: Nothing Negative: blood on The walls , door didn't lock , tv didn't work , no one at front desk , front desk phone didn't work , the police knocked on the door next to mine saying someone called them left the neck t morning they took out a dead kid . No wifi

booked a stay here just to spend the night before heading to the Grand Canyon after a flight. Went to check in, got my room key, that key didn’t work so the front desk gave me a new key to a different room. It worked. Great. We got inside to blood stains on the sheets, no pillowcases, cigarette holes on the comforter, and huge piles of dirt on the floor. We immediately booked a different hotel room and notified front desk of our findings and they said they processed the refund and it would return to our account in 3-4 days. It’s been over 2 weeks. No refund. I have also called everyday for the past 8 days, and not a single time has anyone even PICKED UP THE PHONE. There were SW in the parking lot, and people sleeping in the stairways. Please stay somewhere else for your safety.
