Motel 6 Duluth, GA - Atlanta - Gwinnett Place

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Nimah Patel the property manager is very unprofessional. I was yelled at and spoken to in a degrading, dismissive way—as if I were a child. The level of disrespect was absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional. I even recorded the entire exchange for my records The room itself was even worse. It was roach-infested, and it was clear the issue had been there long before I arrived. No guest should ever have to stay in those conditions. It was unsanitary, unacceptable, and showed a complete lack of care from management. I raised my concerns, but nothing was handled properly, and no real effort was made to fix the situation. Stay in your car before you stay here. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of. The front desk was nice, gave us a room key, we went to the room. The room is dated. There were no bugs. The sheets were dirty and covered in hair. We called and called the front desk, but there was no answer. We walked outside, and people were outside smoking weed. Which is better than in the room and burning the whole place down but definitely not in the smoking area. We drove back over and had to call out to someone to get their attention in the back. And told her we just wanted a refund and to leave. She said, "Did you have a pet?" 1st off, no, and 2nd, we just walked in and walked right back out!! Got a refund, almost got killed because you can't see cars coming because of the bushes and ran away!

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARTS I WOULD. FIRST ALL WHOEVER OWN THIS MOTEL NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR ALLOWING STAFF TO PUT CUSTOMERS IN AN UNCLEAN ROOMS,AND MOST IMPORTANTLY UNSAFE CONDITIONS. I WENT TO CHECK IN ON FEB. 28 TH I SAID NON -SMOKING THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, 2ND I'M LOOKING AROUND AT BATHROOM AND LIKE GOD I DON'T THINK I'M ABLE TO SLEEP HERE, SO I PUT TOWEL IN BOTTOM OF TUB, PROCEED TO TAKE A SHOWER WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE WINDOWS, SO I GOT DRESS TO GO RUN ERRANDS AND DO LAUNDRY. MY MIND WOULDN'T LET ME COME BACK THERE TO SLEEP. SO I STAY OUT UNTIL TODAY MARCH 1,ST UPON ARRIVAL, I WANTED TO SPRAY THE ROOM IN BED BECAUSE OF SMOKE AND POSSIBLY WHO KNOWS COULD BE BUGS AND UPON SPRAYING SPAY BY THE WINDOW I NOTICED THE WINDOW SCREEN WAS CUT AND UPON THAT I NOTICED THE WI

I will never step foot back into another Motel 6. I had a reservation to stay one night, which ended up sleeping in a car and U-Haul because the guy never ran my debit card. Thank you, at least you allowed me to park in the parking lot to get some sleep.

Budget hotel, you get what you pay for. AC kept the floors soaked, bathtub was questionable as far as cleanliness. Toilet button came out of the hole while flushing. Range top didn't work. Booked a queen bed and got a full. Only go here if you're desperate!
