Liberty Inn

Would give zero stars. Room smelled like an ash tray mattresses had duct taped sheets around them couldn't throughly check for bed bugs.... gonna assume they are here. Front desk refused to give refund to a military veteran because I checked into room then went and got something to eat and was gone for an hour. Shady buisness practices... RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Front Desk Lady was very rude at arrival, looked in our vehicle & said we couldn’t have that in the room she didn’t want a lot of things in HER room. Then proceeded to say “it’s $65 you go to the bank then come back” “I don’t want drama here she’s yelling pointing across the street” (I seen someone we knew & said hey look” Decided not to stay went somewhere else. 0 stars do not recommend

It's a dumpy little shack but not the worst for its price I paid $72 for a double bed room the lady at the front desk was completely rude upon arrival she wasn't happy with my guest I was sharing a room with and then at 1:55am I went up front and asked for the wifi password and some toilet paper (I've done this a million and 2 times all over at many places no problem whatsoever) but the older lady at the front desk treated me like complete garbage asked me if because I don't sleep that she shouldn't.... that alone passed me off especially 4 this place being $72 and right across the street they do $40 rooms...... but then she proceeded to tell me she wasn't going to get me toilet paper until morning ....... I just want to say to that lady if you don't like your job I would suggest you take

Bed bugs in the rooms and then they act like you did it He said I just had the room treated last week. For my understanding you suppose to block that room and treat it again in fourteen days. I bet you he gave me my money back and he won't get anymore of my service..

Terrible customer service! On Monday, September 17, 2018, at 12:28 am, I was trying to assist a homeless woman find shelter for the night and while looking for shelter came across Liberty Inn. I visited the first time that night just to see if they had any vacancies. I then went to the ATM to get some cash and then returned to Liberty Inn. Before paying for the room, I asked if I could see the room prior to paying. The night clerk stated that he was NOT coming outside to let me see the room! The night clerk raised his voice and display a very negative attitude. I would not advise anyone to do business with this hotel. Terrible customer service.
