Front desk clerk is amazing. Her name is Francesca. They have a great variety of food for breakfast every morning. They have free laundry services on site for guests, which is super convenient because I’ve been staying here for about 15 days now. The beds are comfortable they do charge for parking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a higher-end hotel to stay in in Sacramento.

I love that they have a small kitchenette but this hotel is actually so terrible. There is a nasty scent throughout the hotel, especially by the elevator and the 2nd floor where we stayed. Sometimes they’ll spray something to mask the smell but you will probably smell it again the next time you get onto the floor. ||The hotel room looks very outdated, which is fine. But I wish they would update the beds at least. It must be incredibly old and overused because the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the bed concaves towards the middle so if you’re sleeping with someone, the bed is uneven and you both sink towards the middle. After the first night my night my back was aching and my shoulder was hurting. After the second night, my back and shoulder hurt so much I think I need a massage, mass

The beds are firm and springy, dead ants on the side of the tub. A bug I've never seen before on the sink. Breakfast is a joke. The 2 bedroom suites are 10 times better than the single bedroom. And the beds in the 2 bedroom suite are more comfortable and very spacious for the money. Raley's grocery store within walking distance and many other Restaurants close by. The people at the front desk are amazing people especially the nice lady from Ukraine 🇺🇦, im so happy she was able to escape her battle torn country. What they need to improve, get better breakfast options, and have some snacks lime cookies, candy bars, soda, bottles of water. It's because of the service and location is what keeps me coming back

This hotel is so outdated and entirely raggedy. It is advertised falsely online. I chose this hotel due to some ok reviews and it was close to the Ruth Chris Restaurant that my wife and I dined at on NYE. This hotel is not classy AT ALL. It should be labeled as a MOTEL. It’s also a live in hotel for homeless people. I was SO upset and the front desk clerk Jane lied and said that it was not a live in hotel . They had the audacity to charge $10 for parking which is bull and not worth it. As you can see by the photos I took this room shouldn’t been available. We had to switch to another room because of the low quality and loudness on the 4th floor. So obvious that ppl lived there. Numerous Garbage trash cans outside ppl doors . GROSS..
