La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norfolk

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay! Stephanie was truly incredible — her hospitality and service skills were outstanding. The breakfast room was spotless every morning, and her warm, welcoming presence made us feel so cared for. We genuinely lacked for nothing during our stay. The front desk staff were just as amazing. Robert and Cameron were friendly, professional, and so helpful from start to finish. Huge thank-you to this incredible team for making our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Good staff and consistent room cleanliness. Staff tries to handle all minor snafus, mostly tv remotes and coffee machines for rooms ! I stay at this location often and the consistency of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff make it comfortable.

Greeting at front desk was warm and helpful. Hotel is clean and accommodating -- a little issue with laundry facility on my floor (dryer not fully functional). Overall, a good experience.

I am so grateful fro this place. I don’t stay at hotels very often, in fact I normally avoid it as much as possible. But in a dire situation I was forced to stay at one for over a week. What originally drew me in was that this hotel offered a place for my pet and I, and didn’t continuously charge me the pet-fee in the process. They charged it one time, and I extended my stay every morning before check out. It was never charged again. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean. There were no bugs or pests of any kind. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of my privacy. To say that this stay was HORRIBLE would be an understatement. We have a choice as customers. I do not *need* to stay at a La Quinta property and, based on this stay (despite 50-ish prior stays), I will never do so again. The booking process was Kafka-esque ....a promised 10% discount required booking on my cell phone because the discount was unavailable except from a link via text message and, because I struggled to read the screen, I was charged for two nights when staying one. (Corporate: take note, this is on you -- every discount should be available from every channel lest you get into ADA territory .... I had trouble seeing the smaller print on my cell phone.)
