Do not stay at this hotel. It’s gross, dirty, and falling apart. It’s like they tried to paint over what was wrong but it’s hard to not notice. There were cockroaches in my room and I had to ask to switch rooms but then was worried my new room could also have cockroaches. Who knows they might even have bed bugs. I couldn’t sleep a wink with the broken bathtub faucet that wouldn’t stop dripping, not to mention that you can hear everything beyond your walls and ceiling. Terrible experience. The breakfast is terrible too. Oh and they charge $100/night for incidentals - that’s insane.

While the hotel itself and the room amenities were fine, our family’s stay was significantly impacted by the airport shuttle situation. Our shuttle ride to the airport went smoothly. However, when we returned and called for pickup, we were told there were no drivers available and that we would need to take an Uber back to the hotel. We were assured that we would be reimbursed for the cost. With no other option, our family paid for an Uber ourselves. It then took almost a full month to receive the reimbursement, and when it finally came, it only covered about a quarter of what we actually paid. The explanation given was that this was the maximum amount they could reimburse — something that was never communicated to us upfront. If the hotel cannot reliably provide airport shuttle service

Located in a quiet corporate zone, the property is conveniently situated minutes from the expressway. Front desk personnel are friendly, courteous, and efficient during the check-in and check-out process. A choice of three express elevators got me to my room and back without having to wait very long. The 15th floor room was spacious, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water was hot. Morning breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee was hot. Upon request, I received the receipt for my stay in my email inbox. I will be a return guest.

Positive: Every holiday season, I stay there.I hadForty five german cockroaches in my room.I love this hotel, but this was implorable, Negative: I had German cockroaches in my room, and at 12 midnight had to move out of the room. I come here every year for the holidays because I get a 2 room suite.

The whole building had a very off smell mixed with cigarettes. There was a weird substance dripping down the wall in the bathroom and it wasn't from the shower because we hadn't turned that on yet. There looked to be pink mold in the corner of the shower and the floor of the tub looked gross. After we ran the shower there was no fan for the steam and you could see mold growing in the mirror. Behind the toilet the wall had a hole, probably from water damage. The breakfast had waffles, 3 cereal options, coffee, tea, juice, eggs, potatoes, but no meat option. The morning staff was very kind but the man that checked us in at night was very rude, on the phone through his airpod and having a conversation while I was checking in. He would mumble very quietly and was rude when I asked him to speak
