La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North

The whole area where are room was located was dark and dirty. There was a cat near the stairs and the stair area smelled like cat urine. There was a plate set out for the cat where it was eating. The room carpet had a huge spill of something that solidified. The restroom smelled like old urine; the fan filter was full of lint, walls had splats that could be wiped off. There was only one bath towel available, while we booked for 2 person. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's not so bad the lady that checked me in was amazing extremely nice and helped me out. Thank u. Next door is a 7-11 right off the freeway. Very busy place ppl at the front desk r really kind. U can reserve a room and then pay for it once u get there and pay. Price isn't that bad really. Clean rooms clean property. Will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as others that were deceived. The online pictures made it look very good. When I arrived, the room looked horrible. Stains everywhere, the door didn't seem to close fully and the lock didn't work. Checked back out and stayed somewhere else. Would not reccomend to anyone ever.

My experience with this hotel… We were on a road trip in August, and this hotel was very inexpensive, which made me a bit suspicious, but the photos looked appealing. We arrived in the late afternoon after a long journey. Our plan was simply to take a swim and go to bed right after dinner. Unfortunately, the sight was terrifying. When we arrived, the pool was more green than clear, and the other pool was cordoned off with barrier tape. The three rooms on the lower level were also sealed off. It felt as if we had just walked onto a crime scene. The only patch of grass there was completely covered in dog feces. The door to our room had a broken lock, which gave us a very uneasy feeling. This place is outdated. The app I used shows a new motel with updated facilities (rows of washer & dryers, kitchenette, everything new & clean) then you get here and it's crap. Nothing like the pictures, washers not working, graffiti everywhere, hotel guest look like their living here. No kitchenette, no breakfast of any kind. As a trucker I choose this location based on what was shown to me from this truckers hotel app. It is also not a La Quinta but a Travelodge by WYNDAM regardless its all crap and unsafe, stay away and go somewhere else. 😕💸
