InTown Suites Extended Stay Phoenix AZ - West

It's in the hood but it is gated with armed security that keeps most of the stupid street stuff out. I've been here for 3 months and have gotten to know the staff and they do care about this place. I've never encountered bed bugs and only occasional roaches coming from drains. That manager quickly set up pest control when I informed him! Also they're doing preventive maintenance like flushing out ac systems before the summer. They're really trying to do their best!

I was personally attacked and insulted by two individuals working at the front desk at the InTown Suites Extended Stay Phoenix West by a woman named Jennifer and a man named Jack on Wednesday, March 4th, 2020. Both individuals claimed to be managers of the hotel. ||||After being informed that I would have to pay more for a room I had a reservation for because they were out of rooms of this size. I remarked that this was a bait and switch tactic and I asked if they could call a sister property to see if they had similar rooms of the same type and price as my reservation OR provide me any available room at the rate I was guaranteed when I booked the reservation. Jack told me they had called to other locations and that they were all booked up AND that he could not provide me with a room at th

Hotel is clean, quiet. Peaceful staff is polite, courteous and quick. 2 handle if there is any situations or maintenance that needs to be done to the facility. I recommend this to anybody and I promised them. They will have one of the best times in a suite.Do they get think of it'll really feel like home to them

Buyer beware of Inn Town suites Phoenix, Az - WEST. The clerk here is antisocial. If he suspects you have an attitude, he'll cancel your reservation in seconds. No defense. Cancelled. I placed my phone down on the desk to show him my email for the reservation. He said he didn't need the reservation, only my id. I said okay and went to reach in my pocket. Before I could retrieve my id, he looked at my phone and suddenly said "I don't need that, just your ID." I said "I know. I'm trying to get my ID". When he asked if anyone else was staying I said only my mother and I. No children. No dogs. He started at me and asked again "Do you have an attitude?" I told him none that I'm aware. Just trying to check in. He asked me again if I had an attitude. I said "No, but you seem to have an attitude.

Arrived on Saturday morning at 11 when they opened. Had a confirmation email through Booking.com for 1 week at this location. Extremely rude guy at desk tells me im notmin the system. I then offer.to show him my email with confirmation. Didn't want to see it and just slid some paper over to me and said "if you wanna stay here you have to pay these rates since youre not in the system" It was almost twice what I was supposed to pay. I just walked out and said thanks for nothing. Honestly, the most rude person Ive ever encountered at a Hotel. He should be fired. Id go elsewhere and stay away from a company that hired this clown
