Alex is a very knowledgeable manager regarding property and surrounding points of interest. Premium room was comfortable and my stay was extremely pleasant. Absolutely love the fact it was in walking from cold beer and cheeseburger sports bar.

Decent upgrades. Uncomfortable bed. Stained tub. Housekeeping didn't clean room. Saw 3 roaches. 2 small ones crawling on table. 1 literally crawling from tub spout. Guest only get 1 set of towels per stay. Biggest complaint are the noisy neighbors at night. People hanging outside on balconies and in the parking lot and sides of building smoking and talking loud until the wee hours of the morning. Very sad to see people sitting outside their rooms with kids running up and down stairways and in the parking lot. The best thing about the property is Mr Grant. A very kind and professional person. Great location to I-10. The surrounding area has nice apts and business complexes. There is also a variety of food and shopping nearby. This could be a great short term location, but given the

A 4.5 star review rather. Everything in this location is good, quiet and feels safe. The office manager is nice and resourceful. The mattress quality needs some improvement. It won't hurt to provide towel change for customers staying more than 5 days or weekly towel change atleast. The weekly cleaning services needs improvement, especially the bathroom floor, seems like the dirt are just being pushed towards the edge/corners.

This is a facility that you can stay for cheap! It is a 3 stars type of facility, ideal when you are looking for a long stay and not paying a fortune. Excellent location and close to many shops and services.

This place is an absolute dump. The online pictures are not the rooms you will actually get. I booked a couple of days in advance and when I arrived the front desk man Alex told me I needed to look at the room before I checked in because most people who book online decide they won't stay after seeing the rooms since they're not the ones advertised online. Well that makes no sense. I booked in advance to avoid getting to town and having to search around just to find a place to stay. This is so ridiculous. You're basically stuck renting this dump. He put me on the 3rd floor and said because that would be the quietest rooms. First off my neighbor snored so loud I thought there was a couple of bulldogs or some sort of animal next door.
