InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Duluth

Customer beware!!!!! This is by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. My arrival was on 4:15 5/26/2022, as I was checking in with the front desk attendant (Amy I think) I was told that they are doing renovation on the building which im fine with im a tradesman, I was given a key to look at the room to make sure it was satisfactory, which I thought was weird because why wouldn't the room you're giving me a key to be satisfactory, after taking the elevator upstairs that had trash I get to the third floor. My room was 316, but I couldn't find it at first because half of the doors didn't have any number plates on them. When I finally found the room to my surprise the room was open, and had the metal door lock keeping the door from shutting all the way. After knocking and pushing open t

I’ve been staying here temporarily while looking for something more permanent. Rico is very personable, communicative, and understanding. He’s made the stay here bearable & smooth, doing the best he can to accommodate his guests. The only negative I would say is the one way in and out which can be very inconvenient especially going to work. Other than that, I appreciate you guys.

I stayed here with my fiancé for a couple weeks, really nice place to stay everything is very clean the rooms are very clean. The house keepers do a great job cleaning. Rico the manager is very helpful. We really in joyed are stay.

Rico was amazing during my stay. He was funny, welcoming, and super helpful with everything I needed. He really made the experience better and deserves recognition.

Had a problem with a room, without hesitation they gave me a new room. No issues
