This place was awesome and perfectly located and super convenient to everything downtown. The rooms are extremely unique, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a cool, fun vibe throughout. Having a full kitchen, laundry and plenty of space made it even better. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Loved staying in this unique, modern shipping container building.   Great location with short walk to the convention center. The apartment is large, bright and furnished nicely with colorful art.  The full kitchen made breakfast and lunch quick and easy.  King bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow choices.  Amazing location with many restaurants right outside your door.   We had a wonderful dinner at the Indian restaurant across the street. Many great restaurants in the area. Could have used another chair at the breakfast table. Will stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our recent stay at Ida. Such an architecturally unique building, with attractive steel lines, exterior corridors, and a surprisingly high guest roof deck providing great views of the city. No issues accessing the building and unit; the instructions were detailed & clear, and our host promptly responded to questions we sent just prior to arrival. Our one-bedroom unit was exactly as advertised; modern, well appointed, and extremely clean (appeared to have been recently renovated). Having a kitchen with normal/adult-sized fridge, stove, sink, etc. was appreciated, and the in-unit washer/dryer came in handy. This is such a great place to stay. All the conveniences of home location in the heart of downtown Phoenix. I love the layout and decor. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Property is very secure. I would definitely recommend.

Most beautiful place in the MOST fun and SAFEST art district I’ve ever stayed!! The downtown Phoenix area with ASU campus, Art Walks, coffee, dining and nightlife and art everywhere is simply awesome. IDA felt like the crown jewel in this gemstone of a downtown arts district. All expected & unexpected amenities were at my fingertips, including an electric kettle with teas!!! Parking was such a breeze that I commented on it everyday I parked in front of the room. I could literally watch my car overnight but there really wasn’t a need at all. It was unbelievably safe. And I stayed there over New Years too when it was packed!! The only criticism is on me because i didn’t allot myself enough time to really explore the arts area more and linger at Songbird coffee or eats at Matt’s Big Bre
