Homewood Suites by Hilton Sacramento Airport-Natomas

We have been to this location in the past and it has been a great experience. Rooms are great, suites with kitchens are always a plus, and the staff are great. Shout out to Mindy who I had an interaction with our past trip, very helpful, understanding, and accommodating.

Stayed here for business recently and had a great stay. Room was excellent. Looked like a recent remodel. Great room with kitchen living room area and new bed. Very nice stay. No issues.

Positive: Very clean and great access to SMF. Negative: Lose the automatic light that wakes up the person still asleep! If need be have it in the shower area only. Use a lower red nightlight by the sink.

Our room was spatious and clean. Had a nice kitchen area. Breakfast was plentiful and good! On Wednesday evening, it said there was a managers light dinner served. It was a very nice full meal with homemade soup, hamburgers with the fixings, scones, cookies and much more! Loved it!

What a complete nightmare booking a room at this hotel has been. Firstly, if you are booking online, keep in mind you are not actually booking with the hotel, you are booking with a third party which makes cancelling a reservation a complete atrocity! The staff at Homewood were of no help when trying to cancel my parents reservation. They provided wrong information, some were rude and had no sense of urgency or customer service. There were promises made but not kept like when I was told the supervisor Megan would be contacting me. It never happened. The only employee that had any type of dignity was Ernie, who tried his best to help me but it is not his fault his superiors have no follow through. I will NEVER book here again.
