Customer Reviews
Just checked out of this hotel and we had a great stay. They recently had some challenges that required a small reno but it looks great now. Breakfast waffles were amazing and everyone was super nice. My room is a little dated but very spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely go back.
We booked two-Bedrooms suite with a high expectation that Hilton will not disappoint us. But to our surprise, the room and the bathroom was very dirty. The bed linens are stained and are ripped in several places. The beds were so noisy that if you change side, the others in the room will wake up. Same goes for the Bedroom's noisy door. There were wifi issues. The morning breakfast was not bad, that's why two stars. However, the exterminator staff was spraying insecticide in our presence in the dining room which could cause health hazards. The front door staff Susan stated that the rooms do not have any mountain view, but we could still see the mountains from the window!
Positive: Breakfast variety Negative: Hotel elevator broken, room smelled, had to buy my own air freshened, interior construction everywhere due to maintenance issues.
Our experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Biltmore was incredibly disappointing. We arrived with our 3-month-old baby, a stroller, and multiple bags — only to be assigned a room on the 4th floor with NO working elevator. No prior notice. No warning. No meaningful assistance offered. Carrying a baby, stroller, and luggage up four flights of stairs is not just inconvenient — it is unacceptable. We paid nearly $800 for two nights, and the condition of the property did not justify the price at all: • Rooms are old and heavily worn • Furniture and interiors look outdated and poorly maintained • Common areas feel neglected • Overall impression: tired, run-down property If the elevator is not functioning, guests — especially families with infants — should be clearly informed in advan
It was nice ,the rooms were great clean and spacious, the breakfast was real good and set up nice and convenient. I would recommend if your looking for a nice ,safe and clean place to stay Homewood Suites is the perfect place to stay.
