This was an amazing place to stay. Brendan was the nicest front desk attendant ever. He was super friendly, gave me excellent directions to Walmart and the Circle K, dinner recommendations, and another key when I forgot mine in my room. Breakfast was so good. Jaime, the wonderful person who does breakfast, was the kindest conversation I had all that day. My room was super quiet despite being close the freeway and close to the airport. I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and mostly had a good experience. The room itself was very clean with a comfortable bed. The room was also quite spacious. Housekeeping came by every other days. The breakfast was delicious every morning. There was plenty of parking every day, even on nights the hotel was sold out. We also found this to be a good spot for getting around to the various areas of Phoenix.||As for negatives, one day we did have a dirty towel put in our room (not too big of a deal, but housekeeping should ensure towels are clean before providing them to guests). The other issue we had was one night we came back at about 7:45 PM and the keycard scanner on the room stopped working. Positive: The room itself is great. Breakfast is great. Negative: If you need to use the Wi-Fi for business I do not recommend this hotel at all. All Hiltons make this difficult. You have to frequently close everything and reboot your computer and reconnect

Although I stayed only for a night, my time at Holiday Inn Express & Suites was perfect. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the staff were friendly and offered a free shuttle service from/to the airport. The breakfast was good and I would highly recommend it! It is a pleasant and comfortable hotel in general!

Had a very nice visit here and the staff showed a lot of care and enthusiasm, especially those at the front desk.. There was an issue with the room I received after checking in, and after reporting the issue was able to get switched out to another with no further issue or complications. The breakfast was very good. Hot, fresh, tasty. One of the better free ones that I've had in some time. And an obviously super convenient location next to the airport.
