I have never given a review this bad and am not a frequent complainer so this review is very unusual for me as I have given many reviews to try and help others. This was the absolutely worst hotel I stayed in over the last 5 years. 2 lamps were broken and although I asked them to be fixed on day 1 of a 2 night stay, nothing was done. The deoderant was SO strong that I was getting a headache and mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they told me it was automatic and went off in the room on a regular schedule. I asked if it could be turned off and they said no. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. The rugs were filthy in the halls and entrance to the hotel. A dog was bbarking in the room next door. The front desk was not friendly. I

Positive: "" Negative: We had a room facing the highway and it was EXTREMELY LOUD and disruptive. Also, the air conditioner was broken and cycled very LOUDLY every 10 minutes all night long. My two kids or I didnt sleep the entire night.

The room had everything I needed, including a full fridge, with top quality plates and bowls too. The breakfast was also delicious, but I had to leave a review to give a big thanks to Charmaine at the front desk, because she was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be staying here any time I'm in town.

Title: A Truly Welcoming and Reflective Stay. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a peaceful place to relax and reflect. The customer service is outstanding. A kind lady helped me resolve an issue with my room reservation, allowing me to extend my stay. Breakfast is complimentary with a nice variety, and Doña Carmen went above and beyond—she even took a moment to pray for my safe journey home and offered me a small token. Their warmth and care made my stay truly memorable. I am very happy with my stay and it is official—whenever I am in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this will be my go-to hotel.

We come here once a year for family vaca. Always our go to spot. Charmaine is helped us and she’s such a delight. Also the breakfast crew is always so accommodating and helpful. We always have a blast. The rooms are great and so comfy and clean! See yall next year. Thank you :)
