I stayed at this hotel while attending a trucking company orientation and had a very positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Breakfast was excellent, and the view was very nice. Having on-site laundry facilities was extremely helpful during a longer stay. The staff was professional and attentive, especially when it comes to maintaining a smoke-free environment. They strictly enforce their no-smoking policy in rooms and on balconies, which helps ensure a clean and pleasant stay for all guests. The ballroom and event spaces were well suited for meetings and training. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Positive: Location Negative: Floors were sticky. The phone and Tv didn’t work. No ventilation in the bathroom. Luke warm water in shower. No ice bucket or plastic glasses in room for rinsing mouth after brushing.

The hotel offers self check-in using a machine, with no front desk agent required, and the process was quick and easy. The room was very good—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the view was excellent. I also appreciated having laundry facilities available during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. The ballroom and event spaces were impressive and well suited for events. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

So I booked this hotel for my first night after my wedding. It was booked through Expedia. There were issues with the website and it was booked twice. Once this issues was realized, Expedia was contacted. They reported that they would reach out to the hotel to get the refund and resolved issue. Expedia claimed that they had problems reaching the hotel. I called the hotel myself and talked to the young lady at the front desk and informed her of what was occurring. She told me to let Expedia call the front desk and she would be able to get them to the right people. I said perfect and thank you. Fast forward to me receiving an email from Expedia stating that the hotel is refusing to refund one of the stays. I called the hotel back, informed the same front desk person what Expedia told me to g
