Great stay overall. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle service to the airport that you can call for pickup, and you can easily book your return drop-off at the front desk (scheduled for 10 or 40 minutes past the hour), which made planning back to the airport easy. The rooms were clean and relatively well designed, providing a comfortable place to relax. Breakfast is also available for an additional fee if you’d like to start your day at the hotel. Overall, a very smooth and comfortable experience.

The hotel is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and does offer an airport shuttle although we had our own car.||We arrived fairly late around 9:30pm and were checked in promptly. We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a large room with separate living space which was a nice surprise.||We didn't know the hotel had an on-site restaurant so grabbed some food on the way there from the Airport. The restaurant was just closing as we arrived but we would probably have eaten there had we known.||The room was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and a clean modern bathroom with a decent shower head and good water pressure.||Unlike most Holiday Inns, breakfast here is not complimentary. It was $15.99

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Conference Experience! We had the best conference services at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix Airport, 3220 S 48th St, Arizona. The Conference and Catering Manager, Joe, and his team were outstanding — very organized, professional, and attentive. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the food and conference rooms to every other service provided. Most of our requests were handled promptly, and the team’s agility and coordination made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for group events and conferences. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations!

I have stayed here several times. One one recent occasion, I had a problem with the room. I brought it to the attention of Mindy, who turned out to be the manager, and she handled it in an unbelievably great way that exceeded my expectations. Kudos to her and the team, as it's easy to please the customer when things are going well, but it's so impressive to win someone back after a situation that is not initially ideal. Here's what you need to know: the shuttle service is great, and the location is quite close to the airport. The area is safe, but there's not a heck of a lot within walking distance, so you'll need a car or an Uber, etc., to explore.
