Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown - Arena by IHG

I had a great stay at this location the front desk team was very nice , I had conversations with one of the security and he was very nice and polite. The housekeeping time too very nice and they did great job cleaning my room every day. The environment is general very inviting. I am coming back for sure

Mattress was a little soft. But felt safe. There was a dude playing the drums outside the window for most of the night. It would have been nice if someone at the hotel had asked him to be quiet after 11pm. Small gym and pool, but pool is right next to the freeway. It was walking distance to downtown and the tourist area. Great location.

Staff here is absolutely a knockout. My one night ended up being half a week with family in the hospital, and those ladies took care of me so so well. Linda remembered me every morning and made sure I was taken care of. Housekeeping staff was super sweet and understanding for me staying in the same room again and again. Location and views are amazing, I wish id had time to explore. Next time!

Positive: The location, the TV, the couch was a nice touch. View was fine but not of anything spectacular (hotel industrials, J St, I-5, the Vagabond Inn). Negative: The parking charge ($35/day)The dated rooms (carpet, ceilings)My wife got bitten by bed bugs.

Great experience at this hotel, very accommodating and professional staff. Thank you Seqoia! My family went to the a basketball game at the golden 1 center and the hotel is with in walking distance. Pool was clean and warm enough for the kids to swim for a long time even though it was late and cold. ||The room was dated but it was still very comfortable it also had the coldest fridge ive ever had in a hotel haha
