This is the worst room I ever stayed at in my entire life. I will never tell anybody to stay at this room. This room was disgusting dirty everywhere the blankets were dirty with stains pillows were dirty. I even found a roach in the bathroom. I went to complain to the front desk and told them why are these blankets so filthy he said that he would write it down and now they’re trying to take $130 out of my deposit for a blanket. There was already messed up that they can just bleach and wash the blanket. Do not stay at this room. This room is worse than Motel 6 and they charge $150 a day the breakfast was cold. It was disgusting. The hospitality was the worst hospitality ever this is the worst room in Sacramento. Zero stars they need to just renovate this whole motel.

A solid choice for staying in the area. It's close to the freeway for easy access to the next destination but it wasn't a noisy experience. Room was comfortable and good size with plenty of helpful amenities. I like the separate counter with the 'fridge, microwave and coffee pot in one place. Bathroom had generous counter space to spread out on. The breakfast offered has hot and cold items but it's in a small room and they close it at 9:00 am sharp; food was basic. The area for eating is large and comfortable. I like the new fresh ground coffee machines they have. They were working on the parking lot when we were there so there was some confusion over parking but the staff helped us figure that out. There is only one (kind of slow) elevator for the building. Overall: clean and comfortable.

Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk and service at this hotel. After my stay, the hotel charged me the entire incidental amount without providing a receipt or any explanation. They processed the charge directly to my card even though there was no incident or damage during my stay. When I called multiple times to request a reasonable cleaning fee for what they described as a minor stain on the bedsheet, they refused. Instead, they charged me over $200, claiming they had to replace the entire bedding set due to a stain — which is both excessive and unreasonable. They dismissed my concerns, simply saying, “That’s our policy.” In all my years of travel for work, I have never had such a frustrating and unfair experience with any hotel chain. The breakfast was not that good at this place. They were out of almost everything at 8:15 am. We had to ask for our cinnamon rolls to be heated and no yogurt? But the place is nice.
