Holiday Inn Express Chapel Hill by IHG

The highlight of this hotel is the workers. Very friendly and obviously worked hard to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the location. Breakfast was ok but very clean and the lady stayed on top of the whole thing both days we were there. Rooms were fine but clean again. Sign was hard to miss but location was good enough.

Parking was a little tighter than I'd prefer as I'm in an extended sprinter van. The was also about an hour wait to get in to my room due to a key machine issue. Apart from that it was a clean & comfy stay & the staff was fantastic!

Traveled solo and this hotel was perfect for my trip. Room was great comfy bed, hot shower, and easy control of the temperature. Loved the fact parking was a garage unfortunately you do have to pay for parking and while other reviews did make me nervous everything went just fine! Staff was great I was coming from a festival so I checked in late. Staff made it quick and easy to check in and very friendly throughout my visit. Loved that it was right off the free way I needed. Also very convenient amazing that Waffle House is only six mins away!

Positive: The friendly staff was my favorite part of the stay. Their willingness to help in all situations was top notch. Negative: I did have a giant waterbug in my room but the staff was excellent at helping me rid my room of the problem

The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and the service by all of the staff members was exceptional. I failed to get everyone's name but the morning of checkout I was particularly impressed by the lady on the front desk. Her name was Danielle. She was fabulous. Thanks for her and the rest of the staff for a wonderful stay. The have my strongest endorsement.
