Holiday Inn Bloomington W Msp Airport Area by IHG

This location of Holiday Inn is in a very busy area. The noise level can be alot as I heard cars revving their engines past, ambulances and police sirens. It is fairly close to the Mall of America, which provides for a good amount of things to do during the daytime. When walking in the lobby was clean and taken care of. The front desk staff were friendly, and helped me check in pretty quickly. The elevator was quite sketchy and outdated. While going up the floors to the room they placed us in it felt like it was jerking all the way to each floor. I haven't felt uneasy in many elevators but this was one of them. The room itself wasn't too bad. It was a bit outdated but served the purpose we needed as we wanted to stay near the airport to pick my children up. The king size bed was not very c

What a bummer about this place. I’ve been staying here for years. Been loyal to this hotel. I always stayed here when I was in town to visit family or for work. I book my sales guys here. Last time I stayed there, the hot water was out for two days. They said come back and we will take care of you. I found myself in Minneapolis and decided to give this place another shot. Like I said, I actually really loved this hotel. We got to the hotel early and my fiancé needed the room so she could work. The bald manager guy made me pay an extra $40 to get in the room a few hours early. There is your loyalty. I told him how you guys said to talk to a manager next time I came in and you guys would help me out. His response “I never told you that.” I will not be back and my company will no longer be u

Stayed here for a night before an early flight, and it was a great choice! The hotel is super close to the airport, which made things really convenient. The shuttle service was smooth and right on time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day of travel. Bonus points for the food—it was surprisingly good for a hotel stay! Overall, a great experience. If you need a place near the airport with great service, a solid shuttle, and clean rooms, this is a great pick. Would definitely stay again!

So I literally live across the street, but I was super sleep deprived because of super loud neighbors so I decided I was going to go here for peace and quiet..and its exactly what I got! I enjoyed the hot tub, pool, shower and the most comfortable bed ever, I slept 10 solid hours! The front desk staff was sooo nice too and everyone I seen working had a smile on their face. I will most definitely be back. Best little treat myself Ive done in a long time.
