Holiday Inn Blmgtn Arpt South- Mall Area, an IHG Hotel

Great stay and wonderful staff. When I arrived, the lobby was very busy and a bit chaotic, with a couple of guests yelling and other people getting impatient. The young man at the front desk, I believe his name was Malcolm, handled everything calmly and professionally. He was kind to everyone, moved things along pretty quick, and was Positive the entire time. When I came up he greeted me with a smile helped me with my reservation, and was very polite and professional. There were no luggage carts , and he kindly helped carry my bags up to my room, which I truly appreciated The pool was beautiful, and my grandson had a great time. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location can't be beat. Easy to find and easy to access the freeway. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Negative: The bathrooms are quite small.

The staff were very friendly and professional! I appreciated being given plates and silverware when we ordered delivery food. Our room was clean and comfortable -- the pillows are awesome! There are both soft and firm pillows on the beds, with the pillowcases labeled. The bathroom is well stocked. I liked having more than one kind of coffee available in my room. The best part for us was the hot tub and pool area! I like that the hot tub is somewhat separated from the pool with a half-wall and fence. It feels almost like sitting in a private gazebo. The water temperature of the pool and hot tub was perfect. The entire area was clean and nicely decorated.

Nice, updated hotel. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions. We the hotel was clean and the bar was nice to have a drink and relax. We had a very early morning flight and the staff made sure to put our information in the system right away to make sure our ride was ready to get us at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. When we returned, I made one phone call and our ride back to our car was there to pick us up with no problems! Excellent stay! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I just got to give the nice professional gentleman who helped us booked our rooms for a Christmas present a big shout out.. Thank u so much Stewart for the awesome job u did and going above and beyond for us. We greatly appreciate it. Best customer service we have ever received..give this man a raise..we look forward to our stay.
