I stayed here two nights and it was a very pleasant experience overall. I was in a corner room and the there were 3 doors all within arms reach so lots of noise when it comes to opening and closing doors but it was fine. It was a unique situation as most rooms are separated as usual in hotels. The front desk was very pleasant and so was the person in the little shop that serves coffee and premade to-go items. You could not hear any airport noise. The transportation to and from the airport is a real plus and convenient. The executive lounge had soft drinks and coffee, which was nice. Like most chains, a lot of benefits were eliminated during COVID to save money, and even though hotels are back a pre-Covid levels they are not giving any benefits back or adding any. I was shocked to see the bad reviews. I travel a lot and can be picky. Honestly, If I had to complain about anything, it would be the open shower (doorless). I originally was going to stay for one night - but ended up extended it two additional nights, since I loved everything about it. Shuttle was waiting for me at the airport (gentleman even helped me with my small bag). I was greeted immediately by a very nice young man (Xzavier) at the front desk. He was very polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable (bed/pillows too). I liked the built in nightlight in the bathroom and watching the airplanes! I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area :)

Was put up here after a missed connecting flight. While the property is a little bit dated, I loved the warmth and efficiency of the service, from the airport shuttle drivers over to the receptionists and waitresses at the on-site restaurant. The team was happy to let me use the airport shuttle a few times to go sort out a ticket rebooking issue at the airport, and also to keep my luggage after check out until it was time to head back for my evening flight.

I really feel that Hilton properties are just lacking basic maintenance and modernisation remodeling. Another big drawback is why have a Diamond / executive lounge if you do not offer anything in it, soda and water, not even worth having it. I'll stick with Marriott as they do a fantastic job catering to business travelers who travel 200+ nights per year.
