Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento/South Natomas

This hotel was clean, well appointed, and we received great service. The location of this hotel is in the suburbs, but it is still quite convenient. It is just off the highway, and depending on traffic is about 7-10 minutes to downtown, and 5-10 minutes to large shopping areas. The surroundings are other hotels or business buildings, so the area is quiet and feels safe. The hotel was very clean and feels almost new. Service was excellent. Lots of smiles. Really great bartenders as well!Facilities are very comprehensive. We were able to do all of our laundry, and the machines were new and only 1.00 per load. The swimming pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The lobby, bar and restaurant area, and the outdoor patio were all spacious and clean. One thing you should note is that breakfast is

My most favorite hotel in California so far. Beds were super comfortable. Love the zero shower products. Felt secluded. Wish I would have brought my bathing suit it wad the only thing that would make it better. I would come back. Aaryn and the rest of the staff were amazing. The check in people were great two. Wish I would have stayed longer.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The entire staff was courteous, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would especially like to appreciate Salvin Goundar for his exceptional professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail,his efforts genuinely made the stay even more pleasant. The hospitality and care shown throughout my visit were remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a great stay. I felt welcomed to the property the moment I walked in when I was greeted by Dulce. She was kind and informative. She also gave me a call to let me know when my room was ready. The location of the hotel feels hidden, but is down the street from Old Town Sacramento. The room was clean and I had a nice view of the pool. The hotel is clean and relaxing and I definitely plan to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Perfect stay. - Manager Luchie greeted me with smiles and bottled water and later on addressed all my questions about Hilton honors program and reassured me. - Supervisor Hanna offered instant cold pack for my arthiritis pain which was above and beyond. - Customer specialist Athea was patient with me and expedited requested formal print outs within seconds. - Jordy sent me text to check in on me which usually only happened to me from five star'd hiltons around the world so that was very appreciated. Hospitality and vibe were nothing short than 5-star top-notch as a result. (Room was spotless and wifi worked great). Will definitely book again and bring family.
