Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Gloria at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Gloria went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. She patiently answered all my questions, offered great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and quickly handled a small request I had with genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to encounter someone so attentive and kind. Her positive attitude truly made a difference in my trip. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, I highly recommend this hotel — and if you have the chance, I hope Gloria is there to welcome you!

The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and quiet—we had a great stay. Gloria, who checked us in about an hour and a half early, was incredibly kind and had such a positive attitude. She gave us great recommendations and truly made my wife happy. Every time my wife came downstairs, Gloria was there to talk with her, which really made our stay special.|She recommended the bar, which was amazing. If you stay here, definitely try the food—the cook did a great job as well. Overall, we will absolutely be back and hope Gloria and the cook are still there when we return.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport! The team here is incredible. Yajara at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, warm, and so helpful when I was checking in and asking for a room change. And Daniel, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the change I requested. Their ability to work together to help me out was great! Their hospitality really made my stay stand out. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’d 100% stay here again! THANK-YOU Yajara!!

Positive: Location Negative: Cleaning need vacuuming improvement

Room was pretty standard for an HGI. Breakfast and bar area was nice, and there’s a board room available for rent. The outdoor pool and hot tub were open 24-hours. That wasn’t useful for me on this trip, but seemed worth noting!
