Heritage Inn Milpitas

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay without sacrificing service, this is it. From the moment I checked in, the staff were professional, polite, and ready to help with any request I had. What really stood out, though, is the manager, Vrushank. He truly is a person who clearly takes pride in the hotel and cares deeply about the guests' experience.

Place was pretty brutal, but for the price I can’t complain that much. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Toilet was broken. Slept in my clothes and used my own pillow. The tv was the only thing that was good because it had enough channels. And the guy at the front desk was respectful and knew his hotel/motel wasn’t anything special. Hopefully I don’t have to stay here again.

Positive: Location Negative: No Coffee, no napkin ,not enough body soap, few towel, back door broken

Staff is very helpful. Safe place to stay with family and kids. Rooms are nice and clean. Great location for late night food, great mall is just a mile away. I really enjoy staying here. I am one of the long time customer. Quite place. Thank you for your kind services.

I had a great experience staying here at the Heritage Inn in Milpitas. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped.
