Haven Hotel Duluth

😃 stayed for less than a full night, had a spontaneous weekend vacation so I needed a place to stay. Paid $83+ for a dirty room. Towels had stains, water pressure was so bad and worst of all... THEY LET SOMEONE IN MY ROOM!! I had a little while left before check out at 11am and a man opened my door, luckily I had the lock latched on the top. I thought it was maintenance but it wasn't check out time. It was not maintenance it was a man checking into my room! We both went downstairs and the staff scrambled to apologize for mixing up the rooms, apparently I was supposed to be in a completely different room so they gave someone the room key not knowing I was in there. Thats is negligent, unacceptable, and dangerous. I have since disputed the bill.

Great property with a great Location. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but plenty of place to chose from.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. The room was infested with cockroaches, and the lights were not working properly. The overall condition of the room was unsanitary, and the strong cigarette odor made it unbearable. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this establishment. We decided to leave rather than tolerate such conditions, even if it meant losing our reservation fee.

Hotel itself is decent for 70 bucks no deposit. Once you get inside the room Until you figure out roaches are coming from every which way. My fear was that it was going to get in my ears while I was asleep.
