⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Waterloo over the weekend! From the moment we arrived the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly welcoming and truly excited to make our stay great and it showed Breakfast deserves a special mention. Even though the hotel was crazy busy with a hockey team in town everything ran smoothly. The food was hot fresh and well stocked despite the rush. Jonika was especially sweet and helpful she made our mornings start on such a positive note. Joey was also working nonstop running around like crazy to keep up with demand yet still stayed upbeat and on top of everything. We really want to give a huge shout out to the amazing staff for their hard work and outstanding service. Because of them our stay was memorable

We are Hilton Honors and try our best to stay at Hilton, specifically Hamptons, anytime we need a hotel. We arrived at 9:30pm on a Friday. We waited over 10 minutes before we saw any employees to check us in. We tried checking in online but it took just as long for our digital key to appear in our app. After waiting that long, we had to ask for our complimentary water. Typically, I wouldn't care but our experience started out with poor customer service, so this annoyed me more than it should have. ||The pool was out of order and looked like it has been out of commission for quite some time! We had a disappointed daughter! The fitness center was clean with new machines and free weights. Our room was updated and contemporary. One of the beds has red and brown stains, so there we were, at 11p

The young lady at the desk was so sweet, The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference. The location was convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how safe and welcoming the hotel felt. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My wife and I got in late, being in town for a medical emergency with a family member. Sundy was gracious and attentive checking us in, which was much appreciated. The room was clean, the heater quick to warm it. Breakfast was solid, as Hampton Inns often are. If I had one critique, the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft, but what can you do? I still gave it a five star for one big thing: I noticed every employee was proud to be there and genuinely put their heart into providing an excellent stay. And it showed.
