I got a car form this place and men let me tell u it seem good during the test drive but once i took it home to find out it wont start lights popped up just find out it was a trade in car and it was trash but they say they check the cars good lies they want money and a sell that’s it your car will not last run 🏃‍♂️ away now go else where and the randy guy is a big scammer trust him u will cry later I highly recommend not to think bout this place your car insurance will be high to because of there premium good luck 👍🏾

Sara is a very nasty person to work with. As a business you should be more professional. Yep you repossessed my car, yes I was 1 payment behind. I own that, was I upset? yes. For her to continue to talk over me and talk down to me was so unprofessional. She could have simple answered my questions and been done with it. 300 dollars and you repoed me. I had the money today to pay but I be damned if I’m going to do business with someone who treats me less then. Keep your car. Tip for the manger… you really should record her calls. Just down right nasty.

Traveling from Texas to northern Iowa to attend by sister's funeral, we stopped in a Walmart in Waterloo. When I unbuckled my seat belt, it wouldn't rebuckle. I tried a bunch of things ( lube, tap on it, see if something stuck in it } to no avail. Wanting to not drive without the driver's seat belt we took it to C&S Auto in Waterloo. I explained what was wrong to Jacob in the service department and he had a tech look at it right away. It was defective and they said they could put a rush order on one and get me going the next morning. That was just what I needed to hear as the funeral was the day after tomorrow. True to his word, Jacob has us fixed and ready to go by 9:30 the next morning. I have never had any service department work with me like this.

Beware c&s car company 2 they are a scam . The people that work there are full it. And will lie and tell you that they do these inspections on the cars before you even get them but they really don't. They sell their cars overpriced. I purchased a car for $14,000 and it's been to the shop every darn month .They act like they care but they really don't all they care about is the money and and these high price cars that they sell to people that are not worth it. I repeat do not do it do not do it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I bought a 2017 hyundai Sonata from them, I was mislead about the history and only found out after pulling my own report. The damage it had received was minor so I went ahead with the sale. Immediately I started feeling shifting problems I did not feel during the test drive. I went back less than a day after buying it trying to work out a deal, and they basically told me tough luck. I said I don't want it, they kept my $1,500 deposit and are still going to hold the remaining balance of the car over my head even though I gave possession back to them. Didn't even use a 1/4 tank of gas, but I wanted out before they could get me worse. Understand 95% of their cars are bad. Real bad. Go somewhere else. Please, I regret it so badly.
