Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Waterloo/Cedar Falls

I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is absolutely amazing here! My room was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping checked on me frequently. The front desk employee is extremely pleasant an was a delight to converse with. They serve breakfast that was available everyday. I will definitely be back.

Positive: "" Negative: Paint chipping in the entire room, the ac unit was off and the window was open when we entered the room, found a ton of hair when checking for bedbugs, the ?breakfast? is yogurt, apple juice, and muffins

This place is exactly how all of the other places should be, fair to the customers! Good prices,they don't overcharge on the weekends, and its clean! Staff is definitely helpful. Will definitely stay here again when im in the area

The staff was very nice to me. The building needs a remodel but everything worked and the water was hot. The location is the bad side of town so don't leave anything in your vehicle. This part of town was just bad. Walmart has a armed cop on duty.

The improvement this hotel has made is magnificent now with the new owners!! Love my stay here staff very nice smooth easy checkin great prices!
