Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown

This hotel is close to downtown and a short walk from the conference center. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Even though the hotel is on a corner, it is not noisy or busy. The check-in desk is quite small but all staff are friendly and very helpful with all sorts of odd requests about wi-fi and travel.|The rooms are relatively large and spacious. My only comment would be there is not much drawer space. Only a slide out tray in the bathroom and none in the room except for baskets in one of the cupboards under the TV. What it does have is a mini fridge which is handy. There are handy USB ports as well as mains sockets and a decent table and chair for any work. The rooms are functional and comfortable but there are no 'luxury' touches like additional seating or furnishings.|There is no r

The breakfast was wonderful and the valet service was great. However, the toilet in our room did not flush well or fill up completely.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn. The location was extremely convenient, making it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The hotel looks new, is very well maintained, and feels clean and welcoming throughout. The staff was consistently courteous and accommodating, especially impressive given that we were traveling with a large party of guests. The bar area was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, large TVs, and a café-style space that was perfect for enjoying a meal or getting some work done on a laptop. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Special shout-out to Gabrielle and Estefani for their exceptional service—they truly went above and beyond and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hampton Inn

COZY HOTEL w/ a NEAT LOCATION! The Hampton Inn is smack in the middle of DT Phoenix. It’s about a 10 min walk away from the eateries and sports hub. Hampton has paid parking. Valet parking isn’t required but it’s inevitable if you want a seamless experience. Most of the valet guys were decent and brought our car out quickly. My bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I thought the shower was nice and they had good conditioner! It was easy on my hair. The views in the room weren’t the greatest, but at least we could keep an eye on our car in the valet lot. I appreciate the free breakfast which includes eggs, waffles, sausage, fresh oatmeal and juices/coffee. Although the breakfast could’ve been more flavorful, I accepted it for what it was. The location was perfect and close to many amenities and transportation. The room was very clean, but the bed was old and not comfortable. Friday night was very loud with noise all night in the hallways. The free breakfast was very convenient.
