They Care. During our stay we were asked multiple times if we needed anything. I appreciate the fact they want you to have a great stay. Room was very comfortable and better yet, quiet. Our room faced the East and we did not hear any aircraft noise or noise from other guests. The breakfast was pretty good. Definitely good enough to save the time and expense of going out. Clean, budget friendly and caring, doesn’t get any better. Would highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was good. There was oatmeal, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juice, cereal, and waffle makers. If it's a full hotel the parking is a challenge. You will get a parking pass when you check in. The check in process was quick and easy. Being by the airport i could hear the aircraft flying overhead. Its not horrible but I did notice it at first but I slept through it.

Had a very disappointing experience here. We booked this hotel specifically for a short 7-hour stay to sleep between flights. We ended up waiting over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. Every time we called reception, they gave us the run-around, saying it was 'almost there' or 'arriving in a minute.' They essentially stole an hour of our sleep, and nobody at the front desk even apologized for the delay.

Money and Arin..... These two great people alone know how to keep the customer service sector alive. Their hospitality and friendliness made me go from frustration to complete satisfaction. I wish all workers were like these two people. Thank you both for your hospitality.

Great weekend stay for our family. Clean and comfy room. |Room was nice and quiet ( hotel is located in flight path of the airport), planes rarely heard. We were next to the elevator and did not hear that either. |Breakfast was very nice. Seating for the breakfast area accessible all day for gathering or lounging around. |Shuttle available to MOA and airports. |Will probably stay here again.
