Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore

The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was included. A nice size pool to enjoy and some snack options in the lobby. The only thing I didn't like was the distance to work. I should note that I was in town on business and did not book the room myself, so my issue may not be your issue. That being said, I would stay again happily.

The staff, Art and Elizabeth in particular, were so helpful, funny and friendly! We had a superb stay on Halloween. We have no reservations whatsoever recommending this superb hotel to any traveller.

The pool and hot tub were disguising! There was mold in the pool and hot tub. There was sand and gravel in hot tub. We were afraid of getting in for fear of getting sick!! It’s a shame their pool area is very nice which is outside.

Had an enjoyable two night stay at this hotel and it'll definitely be the one we recommend to friends and family. Although rooms are a bit dated, they were very large and very clean. I am not typically a "free hotel breakfast" gal, but this one was actually excellent! Multiple hot breakfast item options, fresh fruit and juices, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

The front desk staff was exceptional! I apologize for not remembering their name, but they were incredibly welcoming. We had issues with our flights and missed a night of our stay, and as soon as we arrived at the hotel, they made our trip so much better. They were kind, understanding, and checked us in quickly so we could rest right away. Breakfast was great, and while this isn’t a five-star hotel, it met our expectations. The room was clean and we had no issues at all. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
