I have watched this park go from bad to good in the last year. This is a tough neighborhood but within the park there is peace. Children are able to ride their bikes. Management is observant and keeps the bad element out. The grounds are clean. The laundry room is kept fresh and inviting with plenty of machines in working order. The spaces/lots are roomy and there are tons of shade tree's everywhere. The space rent and utilities are the best around. Most people spend around $550_650 a month for rent including utilities so its an excellent place to get on your feet or to save money and live comfortably. I would definitely taking a look at the park and consider making it your home.

The neighbors are all great, really friendly people in the park. The managers have never had authority before, it's showing! Beginning to take on the feel of a military installation. I think they use a rulers to check grass heights every Tuesday morning!

I live here. I like it here. Most of the tenants are good neighbors. Like most community shared places you have a few gossips and a few busybodies oh and of course the nosey neighbor who always gets the facts wrong. But most of the tenants are okay. We have had several different managers in the 5 yrs. I've been here. I like the couple who manages now....Wes & Ashley are nice to deal with. They keep the trailer park in order and the tenants they have rented too seem to be okay...not hood rats & hookers or druggies. We've seen enough of that in the past few yrs. ( they are gone now! ) 😊 Anyway Hagginwood Village is a decent place to live. Not alot of noise or drama or idiots anymore.

Lived here for two years and it's gotten worse and better. Lots of late night activity, there's been a few improvements made but there's accusation of people staying there rent free :/ Definitely for an older crowd. There's ALOT of traffic morning and night at one specific trailer.

If you like drug addicts this is a great place to live. The manager lives down the road but, does nothing at this park. He is either scared to come here or just don't care. He spends his time in the gated park he also mismanages. The live in and on call staff member (Kurt) never answers his phone and is rarely home. The park floods during the lightest rainstorm and has done so for three years that I know of. I have friends that live there and at one time was going to move there until I thoroughly checked it out. I would not ever live in such filth.
