Global Luxury Suites in Downtown Bethesda

Hi, Please beware of this company, I took a room for 3 nights and paid 590 dollars to expedia. The shower doesn't work, they don't provide parking the customer servies doesnt care they will write they will get u parking but no answer. I have had no shower from last two days.I have sent them videos no one cares. Expedia offers no refunds on such horrible places neither do they. Please do not book any apartments thru this firm

After I booked a room via Expedia, I received a long email contract from "Global Luxury" with disclaimers and such, asking for lots of personal details including date of birth. No other booking does this. The amount of paperwork is insane, then you are asked to confirm and reconfirm by email. ||||When I arrived, the building has no parking whatsoever for guests, no driveway for unloading, and it has NO STOPPING signs all around so unloading is a nightmare.||||After 1/2 an hour of runaround, we finally got our key which was a dud, the key fob wouln't open the door and we had to wait for management to come to reprogram the keys (another 1.5 hrs). ||||We made the booking for 3 person, and after we confirmed, reconfirmed, the booking for 3 people, they did not provide sheets or blankets for t

Do not rent through Global Luxury Suites. Their customer service is horrible and then they backtrack on what THEY SAID. I also was unable to contact the company on any of the numbers provided to include the emergency number on a Saturday. I attempted to extend and when I didn't provide all the "required" documentation and no one would answer the phone I vacated on my original reservation date. Next day a charge showed up for the extension even though the "required" documents fir processing was not provided. Called their customer service and they said that it really wasn't required because I submitted the original request and it's nonrefundable....then I was HUNG UP ON!.....very rude and very disappointing. Avoid this company.

I understand why these Suites have such a low rating! We booked it for 3 nights when we had to take our son to college. We were specifically looking for an accommodation that had parking and a washer/dryer. Although there is a 24-hour concierge, this person is useless as they cannot provide any help. We did not receive the parking pass although we called, texted and emailed. We were assured that it would be provided. My husband to get up continually through the night to move the car to avoid being towed as there were no other parking nearby. They FINALLY brought us the parking pass at 5pm when we were checking out the next morning. Although we liked the location because it was close to AU, the poor service, lack of parking and lack of working keys did not make up for the convenient locatio

I booked a month-long stay with Global Luxury Suites for myself and my 3 kids and paid $6,300 expecting a clean, comfortable, and safe place. What we got was a unit that smelled horrible, had no WiFi, no working A/C, broken blinds, and exposed cords. Despite repeated messages, it took nearly a week to fix anything. I had to move my family into a Marriott and spent over $200 on cleaning supplies myself. No one should be treated this way — especially after paying in full. This was NOT luxury. It was a frustrating, stressful experience with no accountability and no compensation. I would never book with Global Luxury Suites again.
