Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

I spend half my year in hotels all over the country but this one needs help. Check in took forever with only a small group in front of me. Breakfast was less exciting than what other hotels provide for free yet this one was I think $17? Had Uber Eats deliver to the hotel but staff wouldn’t allow the person to deliver it to my room. (This is a first at every hotel I’ve stayed at my entire life.) The parking lot was packed and they charge for parking yet when there was no spots available was told it was my problem. So why charge for parking if there is none? Didn’t get credit for my stay because it was booked through my company even though every weekend this year I do this (luckily mostly Hilton which is never a problem) but I’ve stayed at other Marriott properties but it wasn’t this bad. I

I was at this hotel on February 12, 2026 rooms appeared to be clean. Woke up with a big bite on my ankle…. By Saturday I could see all the bug bites…. Looks as if I slept with a bed full of bugs… if I could give this hotel zero stars I would.

Positive: "" Negative: Housekeeping did not come by even o days we requested. We did not have toilet paper or towels. The tub was worn out & dirty looking. The restaurant did not have a menu to look at to order. They charge $10 a day for parking.

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and the location is the closest decent hotel to the airport. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Great deal
