Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Phoenix West Chandler

Loved this Marriott just minutes off the freeway . There was no loud noises or anything from the freeway bothering our stay. Walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner . Our check clerk Adriana was pleasant and helped us get the best room ! Everything was great !

Not a good place to get good sleep. The hotel is right next to the highway so if you’re a light sleeper, request a room opposite of the highway. But if you’re facing the pool, the hotel plays music all day and night. Apparently the hotel staff can’t turn it off or lower the volume. I love Marriott but I will definitely not be staying here again.

Positive: Hotel employee is a front desk employee and is great the managers Ms. holly and Ms Anna will go the extra mile for their guests and Lori can make anyone smile and their breakfast lady she is so friendly you can’t go wrong here Negative: Their was a front desk employee I will just call her E who was rude and unprofessional and was talking about me to other guests as well .

All the staff we delt with were excellent. The breakfast was not great. The persons that managed it did a very good job. What they had to work with was not great. The coffee was vg. The room was a little loud being so close to the highway. Ear plugs or white noise would help. There's a water fill in the exercises room.

It's a well-lit parking lot, the TV in our room do not work and the air conditioner was so clogged up with gunk that it was making noise. We pulled the filters out so that we could sleep. They ended up giving us a discount on the room because the TV didn't work. I can't say that this room is worth $130 a night. At least we did get that discount which brought it down to about $85 for the night. It was clean and smelled fresh.
