Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Elmira Corning

We loved everything about our one night stay. The only thing that I didn't like is the shower had no water pressure at all. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. Ben was a great help we kept going to the front desk and he was always right there to help with everything that we needed. The morning gentleman he had half hair up and it was blue he was very good as well

It’s conveniently located near several stores. We’ve stayed here a couple of times, and overall, the beds are comfortable. However, the cleaning staff could pay a bit more attention to detail. The shower wasn’t scrubbed thoroughly—it had pink water stains that could have been easily removed with a bit more cleaning or some bleach.

They have a huge tea selection. Many different flavors. The receptionist heard me coughing and got me a special tea blend with honey. Very nice service.

Overall the hotel was fine, but my room clearly had not been vacuumed. I stay in 2-3 different hotels per week for work, and I have never seen so much hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. It was late and I was only there for one night so I did not complain or request a different room, but I felt gross because who knows if they even put new sheets on the bed or cleaned anything else in the room.
