Budget Inn Horseheads, NY

In many ways this hotel was better than I expected and in others ways I got what I expected. The room looked very orderly and clean upon the entrance. I inspected the bed it was really clean with no signs of bed bugs. Only saw a couple of very faint stains, which is nothing beyond what I may expect to find. The chairs at the table had staining as if someone dropped or spilled something, but something that I can live with. The bathroom was spotless and the linens were very clean. The bathroom is small and a bit awkward to navigate but it for sure works! Many people said that the surrounded area seemed less than ideal and that they were surprised “their care wasn’t broken into.” However, I had zero concern of that happening. Booked through booking.com. We were having work done on house. Room was very clean. Bathroom on the small side but comfortable enough and very clean. If traffic sounds bother you you might have difficulty sleeping very close to highway over pass and there's a traffic light right out front. All in all good deal for the price.

It is at a good location near the Watkins glenn state park. I was a bit worried for my car as the hotel is right next to a big road and there is no barriers or gate to the property. The rooms were ok for the price. The bathroom is almost non existent.
