Extended Stay America Suites- San Jose - Milpitas - McCarthy Ranch

Came for the Superbowl. They were one of few places NOT gouging fans. Excellent location. The rooms however...mehhh. floor filthy, beds comfortable. Anticipated bringing my own pillow thank goodness! Tha staff friendly, however the breakfast was muffins and granola bars.

Positive: The front desk staff were exceptional in their service. I would like to call out a special thanks to the manager and her staff for going over and beyond to satisfy the needs of the hotel guests. Negative: Would like to at least have housekeeping on demand for stays of more than 3 days.

I've been here for about a month already waiting for my new home to be ready it has been great. I love how the rooms have a kitchen so I'm able to cook cuz I love cooking. Rooms are very well clean beds are comfy. Front desk staff is very kind of friendly Jennifer and Desiree have been very helpful during my stay. I have never had any problems here. I recommend this location to anyone

This extended stay location is a "party place" with drug dealing + prostitution on the property and disturbances. Out of towners beware. Staff is not well trained, the exception is Jennifer, the assistance mgr. This location is close to shops; restaurants, public bus line and major hwy. Families and business travelers who need a safe place beware. At this location there are apt style room with parking in front and traditional hotels. Also beware lots of smoking at this property despite signs

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! While the room is lovely and the amenities great, the staff is what made the experience. A special shoutout to Desiree at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and quick in resolving any issues. And to Gk, who has been professional and friendly. They are both a credit to your team and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
