Listen, I'm a catholic man and a man of color and I'm disabled on crutches and going steady with work comp pay and on a set income and relocated back to Sacramento from So cal and came into town by train and bus and was dropped off by Lyft and came in the door and immediately experienced issues feom my credit card being declined for whatever reason for my booking. Com 2 week stay so after repeated attempts I sat in a chair frustrated for like 30 minutes the guy suggested I try booking one night instead of two weeks, fine. So he charges me 129 for the night on a Thursday lol and then 100 deposit. Fine. I tried making phone calls from the room amd was charge 1.00 per call that didnt go through. Next morning I go to the office to dispute and ask for credit and the lady argued and debated me

This hotel left a lot to be desired. The first impression of our room was that it looked like a dorm room. It was not the cleanest hotel. Our bath mat was still dirty. There was also no refrigerator or microwave, which normally comes standard in most hotel rooms these days. While we never felt unsafe here, I could tell some shady characters are either living here or staying here for whatever reason. A couple of women looked like had just recently been beat up and I think one guy was meeting with prostitutes here. I don't know what is going here, but it gives shady vibes for sure.

Stayed a night here with my gf for a night months back. The next early morning two Spanish speaking men tried to open our door claiming to be house keeping. I kept shouting / protesting that we were in there until they actually opened it! Luckily I had the top lock latch on and it stopped them from entering but I hopped out of bed just in time to push it closed and lock the door with the manual safety lock too! Looking back I don’t think they were actually house keeping, because what they did is actually a kidnapping tactic! 2 men claim to be house keeping, try to get into your room, and could do whatever they want once they’re in! We would never spend the night here again, spend the extra money for the other hotels across the way. At least you’re safe for the extra $50! But if you DO f

Positive: I very much like the reasonable price Negative: I did not appreciate the loud obnoxious people and the way they threw trash around. I felt very bad for the people that worked there because there are so many people so disrespectful to them. This could be a beautiful beautiful place,

Hotel was FILTHY. Only come here if you’re okay with staying in trap houses. It has roaches, mice and rats. Housekeepers are lazy and do not clean. You’ll see roaches crawling from any and everywhere and you’ll hear rats and mice squeaking and running in the walls. The manager is rude with a stank attitude. The workers have a positive and good attitude but it’s still a very shabby establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere!! It’s not worth it unless this is your last resort.
